Project Manager I (Finance)

Position Summary
The position will perform high level project administration support to the Florida Center for Nursing (FCN) Executive Director. This position will provide organizational, confidential, and technical support to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Executive Director. This position will be responsible for managing resources and administrative responsibilities pertaining to the Executive Director's various projects.
Primary responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and logistical support.
• Ensure projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Facilitate communication and coordination within a team and external stakeholders.Minimum Qualification Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of project management or coordination experience; Some positions may require project management certification.
Preferred: Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Project management skills. • Assist with developing project plans and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Ensure information is organized and accessible.
Communication and coordination:
• Facilitate communication between Executive Director, FCN and CON team members, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics for calendar management.
• Coordinate meetings to include tasks such as preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
• Record meeting minutes and ensure follow-up items are executed.
Administrative support:
• Supervise senior administrative assistant.
• Manage logistics for Executive Director 's long range calendar.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for Executive Director projects to move forward.
• Gather data and provide analysis to support Executive Director as needed to execute projects.
