Role reports to: NA Deliver Analytics Manager
Location: Summit, NJ; Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.
Travel Requirement : 10%
Pay: $68,000 - $109,825
What you will do

As a member of the North America E2E Analytics team in Consumer Health, you will be responsible for defining analytics strategies, implementing data systems and applications to support business needs, and translating these strategies into measurable business results. This includes collecting large sets of structured and unstructured data from disparate sources, analyzing business data, and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and understanding of data and business analysis concepts, as well as proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build descriptive to prescriptive analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost.
- Ability to tell a succinct, meaningful, and actionable story with data using visualization (Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools).
- Serve as a key bridge between technical analytics developers and business leads by building fluency in both subject areas, translating business requirements into functional requirements, and managing digital products.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our Supply Chain functions and drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain.
- Apply Agile Project Management skills to optimally build analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected.
- Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases, inclusive of organizational change management activities, to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes.
- Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight.
- Deploy our Analytics Enablement strategy, upskill all levels of the organization in aspiration of our Digital Supply Chain Strategy
- Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Embed yourself within the supply chain functions to identify solutions enabled by technology that address the root cause.
- Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.
What we are looking for
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, IT, or related field.
- 2 years work experience Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- Strong grasp of Supply Chain concepts and processes.
- Demonstrated results in optimizing business processes using data.
- Strong organization and oral/written communication skills.
- Experience balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Preferred Competencies:
- Project Management/leadership experience
- E2E Supply Chain experience, particularly with Logistics, Transportation, or Warehousing.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Proficiency with various data & analytics tools, such as PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, or others.
