Sr. SAP Demand to Supply Analyst (Finance)

This role will be within the Global IT organization on the SAP Platform team and will be located at the Memphis Operations Center (MOC) facility. As an SAP Demand to Supply Consultant you will join an industry-leading organization and get engaged in the full lifecycle development of SAP based business applications and/or information systems solutions for internal Bioventus customers. As a functional lead you will be responsible for working alongside business process owners and power users to provide best of breed solutions to directly support multiple production and warehouse-based teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of core SAP configuration and design best practices to ensure success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study, analyze and support different business processes related to demand, shopfloor production, inventory and bin management, and overall warehousing in the company.
• Conduct gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design in accordance with a global template.
• Collaborate with business teams and provide industry standard solutions.
• Perform configuration individually with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on configuration of the following modules is a must -
• Primary responsibility - Production Planning (PP) & Shopfloor Execution.
• Primary responsibility - Inventory & Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM)
• Secondary responsibility - Quality Management (QM)
• Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy, third party software, 3PL and non-SAP systems.
• Execute all typical Testing cycles as executed in a standard SAP platform - SIT, INT, RGR, E2E.
• Provide support for the SAP platform, triaging and solving issues.
• On-call availability 24/7, other duties as assigned.
• Work using Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functional areas to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Bachelors in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent level of experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP ECC and at least 3 years in S/4 HANA with the following SAP business process workstreams -
• Pick to Fill - IM/WM/EWM
• Plan to Produce/Demand to Supply - PP
• Quality Management (QM)
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industries such as pharma/discrete manufacturing in a controlled environment.
• At least 1 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementation S/4 HANA/Fiori or minimum 2-3 FLCs of ECC in the modules of Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM) & Manufacturing Costing/Supply Chain Finance (FSCM).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in various phases of SAP projects per Activate methodology.
