Q3-LCON-Oracle Sales Incentive- Columbus, OH or travel ready (Finance)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation experience and Oracle eBiz Incentive Compensation implementation experience.
- Candidate must be located or willing to travel to Columbus, OH. This position may require 50 to 100% travel.
- Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes, problem definition.
- Should have in depth functional & process knowledge in Sales Compensation.
- Should have worked on modeling and configuration of incentive compensation plans including setting up of Plan Components, Performance Measures, Formulae, Rate Tables etc., and defining Credit, Roll up and Classification processing.
- Should also understand the Sales processes/technologies and integration of the same with the Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Perform role of a Lead Consultant at onsite and work with offshore team on deliverables.
- Should have done at least 2 green field implementations, have an understanding of working in support projects.
- Should have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology and experience in handling sprint team in lead capacity.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Webservices based integration.
- PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
For candidates based out of CA, WA NY and CO states, estimated annual compensation will be $94,000 to $131,600.
For candidates based out of Washington, DC state, estimated annual compensation will be $85,700 to $124,600.
