Community Relations Manager (Marketing)
Our Community Relations Manager Will:
Engages potential patients and their families in goals of care conversations.Maintains standards of high-quality customer service and follow-up for all referral sources.Establishes and maintains ongoing public relations efforts to increase community understanding of offered services.Establishes a trusting relationship with Heritage Communities and other communities to promote OnCare Health as their preferred provider.Engages in marketing/branding opportunities including regular social media posting.Assists in developing and leading the execution of the agencys Marketing Plan, with feedback on a set and recurring basis with the OnCare leadership team.
