POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a FOH Supervisor / Lead Server. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the servers on the floor, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently and closing time runs smoothly. They will work closely with the servers and the management team to ensure that their needs are met and that guests have exceptional experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The FOH Supervisor / Lead Server must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead a team. They should also have excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with guests throughout the evening.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
The FOH Supervisor / Lead Server may also perform other duties as required by management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials
Experience
This position requires at least one year of experience in a lead role.
Experience using a POS system is required.
Experience with Lightspeed POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Experience in resort or golf course settings is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The position requires standing for extended periods. The position works in all properties owned by Sea Trail Golf Resort. Job duties may require daily travel between locations on the property. During busy shifts, they are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently. Hours may include late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
