Customer Service Administrator (CRL) (Administrative)
The Customer Service Administrator works directly with customers. This person is responsible for
Providing product and service information and processing orders. This role requires a strong focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting efforts in positioning the branch as a direct and trusted contact for the location. Serve as an ambassador between the customer and the company.
