Position Summary
First point of contact for real estate related activities for ERIE employees. Plans, organizes, facilitates and measures the real estate and development activities for ERIE's Home Office, satellite locations on campus, and Field Office locations. Under supervision, develops and maintains the implementation of strategic plans for the leased and owned real estate requirement of ERIE. Oversees the leasing and facilities management of both the Home Office and all field offices.
