TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Growth & Cost Optimization Director- Spare Parts Business Center in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for driving profitable growth, margin expansion, and improve material cost positioning. The ideal candidate will lead our efforts on simplifying the Field material buying process by strategically identifying key parts and suppliers where SBC is a single channel, decrease our material purchase price to drive cost competitiveness, enhance our billing process to normalize pricing/margins, and engage with the branches/field leadership via operational excellence. In this role, you will work boundaryless in a highly matrixed structure across various departments/functions influencing leaders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes. Through rigorous data analysis, problem-solving, and effective leadership skills, you will play a critical role in achieving operational excellence and enhancing our overall business efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Strategy Development & Execution:

• Partner with key leaders to create/co-create a comprehensive roadmap for profitable growth, cost positioning to improve margins, and execution strategy in alignment to organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop a growth pipeline of material offerings to fruition that will deliver high impact results to achieve our financial targets and goals.
• Close engagement with field leadership, branches, and our customers.

Cost Positioning:

• Identify opportunities through execution, partnering with Field PSM, that positions SBC as a single channel (where applicable) ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction.
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Identify parts/materials that should be stocked in our warehouse vs drop shipped from Suppliers. Partner with SBC leaders to develop criteria to aide in decision making process.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Conduct thorough process assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Data Driven Analysis:

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and analyze operational performance data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies or quality issues.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings.

Change Management:

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption is achieved placing the customer at the forefront.
• Influence organization to make data driven decisions

Project Management:

• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage resources effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to include Customers, Manufacturing, PLM, PSM, Finance, IT, Suppliers.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive consensus and alignment on improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent required, business, engineering, or science disciplines preferred
• 15+ years of proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain Mgt, Procurement, Inventory Mgt with a successful track record of meeting P&L organizational objectives.
• Strong financial and business acumen with previous P&L ownership.
• Experience leading large scale projects involving growth initiatives, cost optimization, supply chain.
• Hands on experience with IT technology and systems (Oracle, Warehouse Mgt) and familiarity with data analysis tools (BI)
• Exceptional project management abilities with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong organizational skills, and the ability to on initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Change management expertise with the ability to drive cultural transformation towards continuous improvement.
• Industry knowledge familiar with products, configurations, and lifecycle management can be a significant advantage.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, preferred
• PMP, preferred
• Experience with transformation initiatives, preferred
