Sr HRIS Analyst (Finance)
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of various HCM systems not limited to but to include PeopleSoft, Success Factor controls and processes. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational assistance on PeopleSoft, Success Factor, iCIMS or Kronos matters/functions. This includes, but is not limited to managing employee data in the HRIS system, support Success Factor, iCIMS and Time and Labor (Kronos) and payroll activities, building and analyzing reports across HRIS and answering inquiries.
What You'll Do :
• Perform HR related tables changes and updates (department, location, job codes, salary grade, etc.).
• Perform applicable system security related tasks (new user set-up, password reset, training or database set-up, etc.)
• Perform ad-hoc reporting (writing, running and reviewing)
• Provide field support to facility HR staff and Regional HR Managers
• Provide Software Engineer support for PeopleSoft, Success Factor, iCIMS or Kronos functional configurator
• Manage system changes, enhancements to the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
• Perform on going Event Maintenance
• Support SuccessFactors
• Assists with other HRIS projects as assigned
• Apply continuous improvement approach to work processes
• Other duties as requested
What Experience and Education You Need :
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or 5 years relevant experiences with various HCM systems not limited to but to PeopleSoft HRIS/HRMS, Success Factor or Kronos Workforce Central
• Ability to review existing PS set-up. Including Ben Programs, eligibility/event rules, rate tables to understand overall configuration
• Knowledge of PS data base tables and ability to create benefits related queries using PS Query
• Software Engineer (Kronos functional configurator)
• PeopleSoft query PS HR and Payroll modules experience desired
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale HR technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working on cross functional project team
• Solid MS Office, including Word and Excel skills

Physical Requirements :
• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
• Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending

• Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
• May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business
• May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
• May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Requires the use of various electronic tools
• Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
• Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
