Job Description
Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is a key member of the Supply Chain department within the Constellation Beer Division, responsible for the alignment and execution of order fulfillment window for their identified region and distributors. The primary role of this individual is to own the daily and weekly creation of outbound deliveries and ensure these deliveries are equitably spread, prioritized and aligned with the S&OE billings plan. They will accomplish this through driving adherence to identified KPI/metric performance, exception management, analytics and collaborating cross-functionally to proactively identify risks and opportunities to deliver industry leading service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly alignment meetings with the transportation and warehouse team to align the delivery program for the upcoming week, proactively identifying and communicating any risks to meeting the plan to distributor management.
Review lane level performance vs. plan – identifying opportunities to improve consistency and performance in execution.
Closely monitor past due Order Backlogs (OBDs) and ensure timely communication with the transportation and warehouse teams to address and resolve any issues.
Prioritize key packages, including New Product Introductions (NPI), and manage calculated Days of Inventory Held (DOH) risk.
Take ownership of their identified area of responsibility by acting with a high sense of urgency on escalations & requests.
Support metric-driven processes, review performance results, and collaborate with peers and team members to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service (OTIF), lane utilization cost, and past dues.
Utilize data and insights to implement process enhancements, improving efficiency and effectiveness across the order fulfillment horizon (0-2 weeks).
Work closely with internal and external teams to provide timely updates on order status.
Establish strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including distributor management, sales, warehouse, and transportation, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Background & Expertise
Degree in supply chain, operations or business-related field or equivalent working experience, 1-3 years in supply chain through proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
Prior experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP), customer ordering solutions, PowerBI & TMS/WMS, a plus.
Experience in CPG, preferably bev alc industry, preferred.
APICS certification or willingness to pursue, a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong collaborator with an ability to work cross-functionally with co-workers, related internal functions, externals partners, and on project teams.
Demonstrates an ability to use data (PowerBI, Excel) to support individual performance in their functional area along with an ability to glean preliminary insights with minimal guidance.
Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and the implications of upstream/downstream activities on their role.
Must be a detail-minded, analytical, deadline-oriented self-starter who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

$26.96 - $38.80This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
