Job Description:
Epiq is seeking a full-time Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's New York office. This position assists the New York Recruiting Manager with recruiting and integration activities for law students, entry-level, and lateral associates.
We seek candidates who will work collaboratively with a team, while also handling individual responsibilities and adapting to rapidly changing priorities. The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Attorney Recruiting, New York hiring partners and office managers to source, attract and hiring highly talented and diverse attorneys, both through law school recruitment and in the lateral market, as needed.

The hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm. Must be flexible regarding overtime as well as in office attendance. 3 days per week onsite is required, but business will dictate when 4 or 5 days will be required.
The Compensation range for this role is 64,000 to 82,000 per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
