Additionally, you will support onboarding processes, including I-9 verifications and E-Verify compliance. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our employment programs and contribute to building strong workforce connections in the community. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and placement of candidates for job openings by matching their skills and qualifications with employer needs.Manage the intake process for job seekers, including resume reviews, conducting interviews, and preparing applicants for interviews.Work with local employers to build and maintain relationships, ensuring job placements meet both employer and employee expectations.Provide job search assistance, including resume writing, interview coaching, and career advice to job seekers.Manage I-9 verification and ensure all new hires complete the I-9 process in compliance with federal requirements.Administer E-Verify checks for all new employees and ensure timely and accurate verification of employment eligibility.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.Maintain accurate records of all employment activities, including candidate profiles, placement outcomes, and compliance documentation.Develop and implement strategies to recruit diverse candidate pools and promote job opportunities to underrepresented groups.Assist in organizing and facilitating job fairs, workshops, and other community outreach activities to promote employment services.Stay informed on local labor market trends and share this information with job seekers and employers.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruitment and employment.Strong knowledge of I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and the onboarding process.Familiarity with job placement techniques, interview processes, and recruitment best practices.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and manage multiple priorities.Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
