Perform reviews of clinical care practices.Analyze data and reviews from customer feedback, insurance companies and health care facility records.Observe different facility personnel as they administer care.Identifies and implements changes to the system to support quality reporting requirements.Develops an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organizations process and quality improvement.Collaborates with various departments internally to meet quality goals.Acts as the primary support contact for quality data and report development.Troubleshoots problems and questions with leaders, staff and providers.Reviews the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.Holds routine communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, and upcoming milestones.Train staff in improved care protocols.Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and medical staff.Ability to juggle several different tasks at once.Hold analytic and problem-solving skills.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
