Our company is currently seeking a Civil Construction Foreman to support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Direct and lead crew to ensure safety standards and compliance.
Be able to read, interpret, and follow owner's plans and specifications.
Supervise equipment operators/pipe layer and laborers to ensure that work is being done according to the field layout and plans.
Utilize heavy equipment, install and backfill drainage pipes.
Ensure that employees operate and maintain equipment properly.
Communicate any equipment mechanical and safety issues.
Ensure job site and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
Maintain time and material records necessary for completing daily job costing.
Utilize platform to report crew time and attendance daily for payroll purposes. In addition to tracking and reporting work performed, as well as job status.
