VP USDA Lending Manager (Administrative)
The VP USDA Lending Manager is primarily responsible for providing oversight and direction of the Production team of Phoenix Lending Services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and training to the Production Lending Relationship Officers. Underwrite complex loan transactions for new and existing members with complicated borrowing structures, formulating mitigated risk recommendations, synthesized in the form of well-written and accurately analyzed narratives. Demonstrated ability to maintain a combination of production related to SBA, and USDA programs by utilization of Brokers, Packagers, USDA offices, SBA referrals, CU/Bank referrals, with low level production coming from traditional business development. Develop all types of business activity, specializing in SBA and USDA government loans. Prepare and submit credit packages with recommendations to approve or disapprove extensions of credit to the loan committee. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. High degree of ability to process and handle cash. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
