Summary:
As a Technical Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team that provides technical support across all security industry technology types (access, burg, fire, video). Provide general oversight on day-to-day activities, to ensure that department items are completed on time and to customer and company guidelines. Position will coordinate support efforts to both internal and external personnel and be used as a point of escalation. Identify and provide solutions/tips to resolve department challenges and document items for record. Implement and measure the effectiveness of improved process or operational policies put in place by management team. Provide training and performance management to team. Suggests changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.
