Sr. Consultant, HR (Finance)
Are you a strategic HR Manager or Generalist who would enjoy bringing your expertise to a variety of organizations? Do you thrive on building relationships and providing hands-on support to solve problems and meet the needs of clients? Do you have experience with a variety of industries and organization sizes, including non-profit, working with unions, and more? As a full-time HR Consultant, your assignments may consist of either short-term projects or longer engagements providing on-going HR support, with the full Archbright HR and Legal team as a resource to you.
The Senior HR Consultant provides senior-level expertise to HR Consulting projects and other engagements on a wide variety of Human Resources topics. Work may include Operational or Strategic HR Consulting, as well as providing back-up to other services such as the HR Hotline, Handbook Review, Archbright University class facilitation, investigations and support to compensation services. May also advise and mentor HR Associates. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience and have a strong understanding of Federal employment law, as well as Washington, Oregon, California, and/or other states' employment laws.
This position involves a combination of on-site and remote work for Archbright members, with occasional travel expected. In-person requirements may range from 10-100%, depending on member needs. In addition, attendance at in-person internal Archbright events is required, typically ranging from 4-6 days per year.

The full compensation range for this position is $91,297- $136,945. The hiring range for this position is $102,704 - $125,527 annually.
