Payroll Specialist (Administrative)
Supports in processing payroll for all employees, ensuring timely payment in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
Maintains and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, wage changes, and benefits-related deductions
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax reporting and wage garnishments, while supporting internal audits and year-end processes such as W-2 preparation
Prepares and submits payroll reports as required, including taxes, benefits contributions, and other withholdings
Reviews and verifies timekeeping records and ensure proper documentation is in place for all paid time off, leaves, and adjustments
Serves as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, delivering timely, professional support and updating payroll forms and communications as needed
