Office Administrator (Administrative)

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Office Administration: Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management by organizing and implementing office systems, operations, and policies/procedures, with the following tasks:
2. Facilities Management
3. Program Management – Cristo Rey
4. Special Projects
Supervisory Responsibilities: No Direct Reports.
Education and Experience:
High school Diploma/GED required, prefer an Associate's degree. A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a professional administrative services position.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to handle; or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Majority of time is spent in an office environment.
