Main Objective:

Administers the project approach, structure, and SOPs through the establishment of project requirements and planning on behalf of the AV Technologies staff and in coordination with the Product Management, Lab Services, Medical Education, and Meetings & Events teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for cross functional teams
• Understand and apply business objectives and priorities
• Apply project management methodologies to media project requests
• Initiate new projects on behalf of the requestor
• Gather project needs for creative solutions and scoping
• Coordinate updates and provide communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate production resources, crew, and locations
• Maintain project schedules, incoming documents, and tasks
• Shepherd media projects from the intake process and through handoffs to pre-production, production, and post-production
• Communicate with department management about project status, trends, and opportunities for efficiency
• Develop dashboards, identify queries, and provide weekly progress reports to inform resource utilization
• Document processes that encompass the duties of the role, such as project submission, status updates, asset management, project workflows, and ways to improve project coordination
• Recommend improvements for systems and processes, and implement workflow changes as appropriate

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

• Mac and PC platform
• Proficiency required in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Atlassian preferred
• Familiarity with workflow management systems
