As a Product Analyst on the Shopping Team in Growth, this role will assist in the discovery, development, and implementation of our shopping experience roadmap. The product analyst will analyze client segments to identify areas of opportunity, determine technical requirements to accurately target groups of clients, and consult with internal and external partners to enable the organization with solutions that drive business results. The analyst will take an end-to-end client view, ensuring shopping experiences align with overall business strategy, and deliver a consistent client experience across all touchpoints through testing, optimization, and personalization. Provide technical support for determining appropriate metrics, milestones, and other performance indicators. You will demonstrate a high degree of judgment; negotiate regularly with creative, development and activation stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. Leverage client insights to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, etc., for improving effectiveness. This role will join a team of developers, designers, product owner and analysts utilizing an Agile methodology, to launch client-centric features from research and discovery to development and delivery. The PA is a data/tech SME with a deep understanding of business goals who manages our end-to-end delivery process, including planning, delivery, execution, and troubleshooting, as well as collaborates cross-functionally in our agile team during our discovery and design phases to enhance our deliverables to bring innovative solutions to life.

Base salary ranges:
$83,000.00 - $141,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
