Executive Assistant (Administrative)

Massman Companies has a unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the President and CEO, we are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and strategically minded assistant who goes above and beyond typical administrative duties. Much like the character Donna Paulsen from the TV show "Suits," who is considered the ultimate, indispensable executive assistant to her boss, Harvey Specter; Massman Companies is looking for someone who anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and is a key player in achieving success, not just an administrative assistant.
