Time & Attendance Specialist (Hybrid Work Schedule) (Finance)
This position requires an excellent understanding of computer systems, preferably payroll and/or time and attendance systems, as well as experience working with union contracts and non-union work agreements. The Support Analysts are assigned a division(s) as an area of responsibility in which they will provide full support for the Kronos system. Willingness to be flexible and commit to the hours the workload demands. This includes a Sunday schedule rotation.

Desired
Associates degree in a Business/Technical related field of study preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Previous experience reading and interpreting collective bargaining and non-union work agreements is helpful.
Human Resource exposure preferred.
Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of contracts and agreements in the Kronos time and attendance application.
Set-up and maintenance of system parameters for accruals (i.e. vacation, sick, personal, etc.)
Provide location support on all aspects of Kronos Time and Attendance application.
Communicate with division HR personnel regarding time and attendance issues.
Interact effectively with other areas within the organization.
