Qualifications:

PennDOT and PA Turnpike Project experience is preferred.
Candidates need to have a minimum of one year of PennDOT or Pennsylvania Turnpike or related transportation construction experience.
Certifications in NICET, NECEPT, PennDOT Concrete, and PennDOT CDS NextGen
