Clinical Site Manager (Information Technology)
Direct reports include Front Office support team, Front Office and/or Back Office Supervisor(s).
Partner and work with LCH leadership team on staffing, budget, compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and support projects relevant to sites needs.
Oversight of Clinic Operations:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned site location(s).
Complete daily rounding of sites with on site presence.
Facilitate monthly site meetings.
Maintain safe, positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Monitor staff competencies and required licensure.
Facilitate open and transparent communication with departments via ongoing huddles, meetings, and ongoing announcements.
Encourage positive interactions with both internal and external customers and vendors.
Assist with the management of patient complaints and grievances.
Provide ongoing training for support staff.
Conduct various audits, attendance reviews, annual employee evaluations, and ongoing performance management.
Assist HR with the hiring, coaching, discipline, and employee terminations.
Support quality reporting measures including, but not limited to UDS, PCMH, Meaningful Use, Pay for Performance, and HRSA.
Manage and monitor Provider schedules daily via HER.
Monitor, maintain and provide clinical support staff FTE via tracking tools.
Maintain and monitor Provider calendar for accuracy of operation needs.
Support written operating policies, overall organization goals and objectives.
Support efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness and to achieve goals for financial performance, quality and regulatory adherence.
Participate, Prep and Facilitate in all site audits.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Provider Relations:
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with providers to achieve increased provider satisfaction and participation in quality and productivity goals.
Monitor and review provider schedules in conjunction with site supervisory team, medical leadership, and/or DO to ensure sufficient coverage at all LCH sites.
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education:
Requires an A.A. (or completion of an A.A. within 2 years of hire).
Minimum of 2 years of Preferred FQHC or other CHC experience.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical office or similar setting.
Knowledge of managed care, Medi-Cal and commercial insurance and/or billing background.
Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.
