Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent
Minimum of three years of talent acquisition experience, preferable in the manufacturing industry
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) product suite
