Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy
Department: Strategy & Corporate Development
Position Overview
• The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy plays a pivotal role in helping shape the strategic
direction of the company. This role supports senior leadership with key project deliverables
related to strategy development, planning, and ensures successful execution of key initiatives to
help drive growth. Other responsibilities will include conducting quantitative and qualitative
analysis, generating insights and framing strategic options; running and contributing to special
projects, developing annual plans and monitoring implementation This role reports to the Vice
President, Corporate Strategy.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to
drive growth and innovation in the insulin delivery market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and landscape analysis to identify
trends, opportunities, and threats. Develop financial models to evaluate market opportunities and
inform investment decisions.
• Performance Monitoring: Support the establishment and tracking of key enterprise performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including R&D,
Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to align strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and formulate strategic recommendations for senior
leadership and the board of directors.
• Leadership & Culture Stewardship: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work
environment.
• Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years industry-relevant experience, including 2 years of corporate
strategy, management consulting, or investment banking experience within medical devices or
the broader healthcare industry.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
• Education: Master's Degree / MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication
and presentation abilities. Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative mindset. Strong executor, capable of
taking ownership of ambiguous questions and running analysis to find insights and answers.
Keen to hit the ground running and take on strategic questions. Ability to work in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. Passion for improving the lives of people with diabetes.
Physical Requirements (if applicable):
• Flexible on location (Boston, Chicago, San Diego preferred)
• Potential for travel ~1x per month for 2-3 days

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,700.00 - $212,950.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
