How will you make an impact? -
The Incoming Quality Technician works with Receiving, Manufacturing, Quality, and Quality Engineering to continuously measure the quality performance of the material ensuring compliance with quality standards/specs/customer requirements. This role performs a variety of quality control tests/inspections on products, materials, components and parts at the early stage of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards before use, ensures effective inspection procedures are implemented to certify lots received are compliant to requirements, leads a team of quality inspectors at the IQC area to guarantee the inspections plans are followed.

Education:
High school diploma required.
Experience:
3+ years related experience and/or training
ERP (SAP) and how to implement and follow up inspection plan.
Inspection on raw materials, electronic final assembly, test, inspection steps and capture expected defects.
Experience with change management and taking those changes and updating ERP
Continuous Improvement knowledge and use of tools to drive results
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
The ability to squat to lift and move 50+ pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must have the ability to Use a computer, hand tools, machining tools, movable stairs, overhead crane, and safety equipment
Communicate verbally and in writing with a good command of the English language is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred
$20/ hour - $36.53/hour
