Senior Data Analyst (Finance)
Position Summary
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of data analysts, gathering data, profiling data, prepping data, modeling data, and developing reports and datasets to be used by all facets of the business. This role ensures data accuracy, fosters innovation in data strategies, and acts as a key liaison between business units and the Data team to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders, the Data team, and IT leadership to design and implement scalable data solutions, optimize analytics workflows, and uphold data governance standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data stored in on-premises Data Warehouses, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse, as well as creating visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Our target pay range for the Senior Data Analyst position is $110,000 -$120,000 per year. This pay range represents Moran's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
