Systems Technician (Maintenance)
This job is essential to Bank operations and will be an onsite role.
Job Summary:
The System Technician is responsible for the maintenance, support, and security of Law Enforcement Unit's security technology and communications systems. The level of work knowledge required is considered basic with an understanding there will be on the job training, as well as industry training provided. This position will require supervision and oversight.
The Systems Technician position in the LEU Technical Services Unit (TSU) is part of a small team providing routine 24/7 support for the department's critical security systems and applications. This position is not expected to have a mastery of physical security/video surveillance systems, but the expectation is the technician will acquire and demonstrate a working knowledge of physical security/video surveillance systems and technical skills in areas such as network infrastructure, hardware, and software environments, overtime and through training, resulting in effective troubleshooting techniques and business analytical skills in all of these areas.
