Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions (the official title would be Assistant Director of Specialty Programs) plays a key role in shaping the future of the Master of Accounting (MAcc) program at the Rice Business. Reporting to the Director of Specialty Programs, you'll lead recruiting, admissions, and onboarding efforts while building meaningful relationships within the school and across the Rice University campus. This is a highly collaborative and dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to design and execute marketing strategies, coordinate engaging events, and connect with prospective students through webinars, online chats, and email campaigns. You'll also manage the admissions process, review applications, and lead initiatives to ensure admitted students are excited and prepared to join the program. Beyond the MAcc program, you'll contribute to other specialty programs, including the online MBA and undergraduate programs, broadening your impact and experience across various academic areas.

Workplace Requirements :
This position is offered as a hybrid role (one work-from-home day), combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration. This role will require presence at frequent evening and weekend events.
Per Rice policy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change.
Hiring Range: $60,000 to $64,000
*Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
