What will I be doing?
As a Guest Relations Supervisor - Overnights, you will be responsible to oversee front desk operations. You will be giving guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. The Guest Relations Supervisor - Overnights assigns and instructs team members in details of work and monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. You will also be resolving customer complaints and train team members, supervise, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
