Finance Manager (Project Management)

Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the companyOversee the operations and development of the companys finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial proceduresSupervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecastingOversee/Perform monthly fiscal period closeAdvise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the companys financesSupervise the documentation of the companys financial status and forecastsMediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differencesOther duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be a US citizen and meet any other federal program requirementsProven knowledge of financial analysis and strategyExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislationAnalytical skillsAttention to detailInterpersonal skillsNegotiation skills A general/working knowledge of MS Office products is required
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least ten years of related experience required
