Location: Summit, NJ. Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 20%
Pay: $98,000 - $167,900
What you will do
The Scientific Communications Marketing Manager Adult Pain, Self-Care is responsible for maximizing the company's scientific leadership in the Pain professional space. The position will work with the Global TYLENOL end-to-end cross-functional team and key markets to support the developed of professional communications and activation strategy for new product launches. This includes but is not limited to validating strategy and leading the development of scientific assets and education across key channels to engage with HCPs and KOLs.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing scientific playbook (communications and channel strategy and hero asset development) to engage with HCPs through CRM, Email Marketing, Conferences, Webinars, Sales Reps, market access channels and paid media.
• Strong public speaking skills, as representative of brands at conferences with HCPs.
• Maintain strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams, while executing with excellence. Demonstrate proactive thinking, and strong collaborative skills through engagement of brand partners, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Build comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales.
• Crystallize lead market insights to shape & influence integration of HCP / scientific leadership into launch planning to drive growth aligned with the markets' needs.
• Shared accountability for business performance including NTS, GP & Share with a strong must win across the BMCs.
• Manage budget and analytics to help deliver business objectives including Doctor recommendation and NPI goals.
• Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• BA degree is required. MBA or marketing specialization preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Package Goods is required.
• Experience in brand marketing management and new product launch is preferred for an OTC or pharmaceutical product.
• Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.
• High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional and other internal teams is required.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups is preferred.
• Proven record in project management (preferably at global/regional level) is preferred.
• Ability to influence key partners with ideas that build value is preferred.
• Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is strongly preferred.

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
