Grow Here .Assists in the planning and implementation of recruitment and yield events to include but not limited to on- and off-campus and virtual events as well as development of pipeline programs. Will participate in recruitment travel to high schools, colleges, and career/health fairs to conduct formal presentations. Assists in the development of recruitment and marketing materials, and recruitment summary reports.
Responds to inquiries and advises prospective students regarding academic admissions requirements, admissions policies and procedures in person and in group settings, by telephone, correspondence, email, and virtual forums.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with TCOP graduate programs, academic advisors, department chairs, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Develops and maintains inquiry database which includes interest form submissions, event registrations, pending applicants, submitted applicants, contacts gathered through USF, and other third party vendors.
Assists in processing application materials. Maintain confidential admissions and advising records.
Consults with Director of Admissions regarding policies, trends, and program needs following specific instructions. Makes recommendations for improvement to overall processes. Provide support for quality assurance for Admissions.
Perform related duties as required or deemed necessary to meet the advising goals within the Advisor's scope of responsibility. Cross trained to support PharmD recruitment and enrollment.
