Collections Rep (Education)

We are seeking Collections Reps to become a part of our team!
Under general supervision of Collections Manager, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations perform Billing duties to support Collections Department as assigned.
Responsibilities:
In and outbound collection callsReturned MailComplete all tasks assigned via ATCPending MedicaidWrong contactRespond to emails and calls in timely mannerWork on tasks assigned by Tier 1
Qualifications:
H.S. diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of collections experience preferredFamiliar with FW, Accpac, ATC, ECM and Frameworks preferredMust be able to use fax, copier, scannerMust be willing to learn new equipment and processes quicklyComputer SavvyGood Communication SkillsGood and capable for Problem Solving
