Collaborating and/or supporting in uploading UHD SACSCOC compliance certification reports and associated evidence in Anthology product called 'Compliance Assist.' Assist with updates, and correcting problems within the system.
Identifying and prioritizing incoming questions or problems related to the system, triaging/escalating technical issues in a timely manner via ticketing system, email, phones, and/or chat with Anthology.
Recommending, maintaining, and updating user profiles and templates in Compliance Assist.
Contributing to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights and ideas to support project goals and objectives.
Demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Should be a self-starting, detail-oriented problem solver.
Written and spoken communication will be critical, and it will help to be adept at working electronically, which includes typing quickly and accurately and capability within the Microsoft software suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Must be a current UHD Student • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science or a related field • Must have received a financial aid award from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
