Workplace Coordinator (Biotech)
Job Summary
As part of the Facilities/Workplace team this role will play a vital part in coordinating the overall Clean, Orderly, and Good Condition of the corporate facilities portfolio. Responsible for administrative and operational duties that support the daily functioning, maintenance, and service delivery of the workplace/facility. Provide superior customer service and operational delivery to the functionality of the workplace through vendor management, team engagement, and attentiveness.Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular inspections and site walks to identify and coordinate solutions for facility appearance and condition deficiencies in accordance with the Workplace Standards.
Direct coordination and oversight for vendor partners including but not limited to cafeteria, janitorial, coffee and vending, furniture, transportation, and fitness center.
Where applicable liaison with landlord or building management to support and coordinate work orders and escalations as needed.
Partner with engineering, security, and occupancy teams on work and project execution.
Regular back up and coverage support for reception team.
Responsible for vendor invoice submittal and tracking for accountable vendors.
Proactive engage with employees amongst the site to drive requests, involvement, and program awareness.
Education:
High School Diploma Required
Relevant Work Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working and coordinating operations within a corporate facilities office workplace.
Experience in customer service or hospitality industry a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$23.25 - $32.50 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
