Quality Control Supervisor Custodial- 156 (Maintenance)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve in a dual role of Quality Control Manager and Supervisor. This role is essential to ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency across all operational processes, while also leading and mentoring a team to support these objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality control management, with proven experience in supervising teams, promoting best practices, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Quality Standards: Implement, and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to identify gaps, evaluate risk areas, and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance Management: Ensure all products and services meet both internal and external regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Training and Development: Oversee onboarding, training, and development of team members in quality control standards, protocols, and best practices.
Scheduling and Task Assignment: Coordinate and assign daily tasks to the team, ensuring all quality checkpoints and schedules are met.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain team standards.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between management and team members, providing clear direction, communicating goals, and ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
