Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a skilled, experienced, dedicated, and compassionate licensed CNA for a 7-day live-in care in the Concord area. Licensed CNA would be assisting the client on a daily schedule from 7am - 10pm, these times might vary depending on your client's routine. Traditions Home Health Services commitment and time off policy for the Live-In CNA position is that the CNA would commit to their client for at least 1 year and the CNA must complete 4 months before requesting a time off, most clients are long term. Usually, we can accommodate time off requests that are for 1 week. Time off request submission would be sent to scheduling with a 4-week advance notice, it takes time for scheduling to match the right CNA for your vacation request. On a typical day the CNA would be assisting the client in their morning schedule with toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with on time medication reminders. You would be preparing a nutritious fresh breakfast every morning, preparing a healthy lunch, and dinner according to the care plan. Client could need assistance with cutting up their food and feeding. CNA would also encourage fluid intake during the day.Household support; changing linens, laundry washing, folding and putting in proper area, cleaning of dishes, vacuuming, dusting and other household duties to maintain a clean, safe environment.Clients would need assistance with transportation to outings, errands, and appointments. CNA might be required to do the grocery shoppingDaily exercise routine per the care plan which could include walking, ROM exercisesProviding stimulating activities: games, puzzles, listening to music, conversations, looking at photoalbums and other activities.Providing your clients with a sense of joy and safetyAssisting your clients with their nighttime routine; dressing, toileting, incontinence care. The Live-In CNA would be able to assist the client's needs overnight, such as for toileting (within reason)The CNA would digitally document frequently throughout the day on client's appetite ex. what they ate for breakfast and how much they ate, mood, toileting, bowel movements, and activities.The CNA should be competent with transfers and transfer techniquesAdhering to Infection Control PoliciesThe Live-in CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Team immediately
