What You'll Do

• Lead with Compassion: Supervise and guide RN or LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses, CMAs/CNAs to deliver prompt, quality care.
• Provide Skilled Care: Perform assessments, administer IVs, and manage resident treatments with precision and attention to detail.
• Support Resident Wellness: Assist residents in achieving their highest practicable level of self-care and independence.
• Communicate Effectively: Act as a liaison between physicians, healthcare providers, residents, and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Monitor and Improve Care: Oversee care delivery, develop and review care plans, and ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and nursing standards.
• Train and Empower Staff: Participate in staff orientation, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Promote Safety and Quality: Participate in infection control practices, audits, and quality assurance programs.
• Respond with Expertise: Address care issues, changes in resident conditions, medical emergencies, and physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and ancillary services to deliver efficient, resident-centered care.
