Starr Ranch Growers is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to assist the Receiving Manager with coordination, accounting, handling, and storing of growers' fruit; coordinating trucks and bins with growers, field staff, and management; and leading a team of forklift drivers to accomplish planned work activities.

Qualifications:
Safety-mindedPrior supervisory experience preferredCommitted to leadership growth and team buildingAble to safety drive a forklift, including high-stackingAble to teach and train othersBilingual English/Spanish preferred

General job functions include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring proper hauling, recording, handling, accounting, and storing of fruit receivedEnsuring accurate paperwork and documentationCommunicating with Receiving ManagerCollaborating with other department leadersEnsuring quality controlOverseeing the loading and unloading of supplies, bins of fruit, and empty binsFilling CA rooms; high-stacking bins of fruitCoaching, mentoring staffTraining, reinforcing, and ensuring accountability with work rules and proceduresTraining new forklift driversForklift driving

Compensation & Benefits:
