Retail Sales Representative (Sales)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement: Meet with key decision makers, answering product questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a friendly and engaging experience.Sales: Actively engage with customers to drive sales, improves brand presence along the path to purchase through excellence in in-store planning and execution.Product Knowledge: Creates fact-based presentations, selling stories, sell sheets, set recommendations and other materials in support of product launch and brand growth efforts.Customer Relations: Build and nature positive relationships with retailers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training.Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action.Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical.Will be required to safely operate a company vehicle as part of the normal job duties.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This job will be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and must meet driver eligibility standards as defined in the companys Fleet Safety Program, and must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to write speeches, articles, or memos using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to such groups as the general public.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to comprehend basic production, financial or scientific principles. Ability to use a computer, tablet and or phone to create spreadsheets, charts and reports and analyze and apply information to make practical, day-to-day business decisions.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work within team concept.Proficiency with Microsoft Suites: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and OneNote programs; familiarity with other business software.
