Lead Housekeeper (Finance)
Under general supervision, supervises and performs work assigned to a crew of Housekeepers at Riverside University Health System - Community Health Clinics (RUHS-CHC); performs other related duties as required.
The Lead Housekeeper classification reports directly to the Hospital Environmental Services Supervisor and is a working supervisor over an assigned shift of Housekeepers at RUHS-CHC.
*Work Schedule and/or Shift Times: subject to change upon department needs*.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, Holiday off, may work weekends.

Interviews will be held at RUHS-Medical Center in Moreno Valley.• Supervise the work of a crew of Housekeepers; participate in the evaluation of Housekeepers.
• Ensure cleaning, sweeping, washing, mopping, and disinfecting of buildings, furnishings and equipment are accomplished effectively and properly.
• Supervise the replenishment of supplies, bed making, mixing of disinfectant solutions, moving furniture, changing curtains and drapes, and the collection and disposal of trash; perform all of the work supervised.Experience: One year of custodial experience in a hospital or similar institution.
Knowledge of: Modern methods, materials and equipment used in the cleaning of and caring for hospital facilities; special sanitation problems relevant to hospitals.
Ability to: Instruct and direct employees in all phases of hospital housekeeping; establish and maintain effective working relationships; follow oral and written directions; prepare simple records and reports.
Other Requirements:
License: Possession of a valid California Driver's License may be required.
