What you'll be challenged to do:
This position will be joining the 2023 AREMA Hay Award winning team recognizing the most outstanding railway engineering project for the TRRA Merchants Bridge Replacement in St. Louis, MO. At Gannett Fleming TranSystems, we have established and continue to nurture a culture that is committed to providing quality services for our clients. We are looking for top talent to join our firm which has grown from 700 employees in 2021 to over 5000 employees in 2024 with the merger of Gannett Fleming.
Gannett Fleming TranSystems has an immediate opening for a Rail Bridge Engineer to join our Omaha, NE office. This position includes structural design, rehabilitation, and inspection of bridges and other structures along with the preparation of load ratings, construction documents, specifications, and estimates. In addition, duties may include construction inspection services. Applicants must possess strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to travel for projects, the ability to work in the field conducting bridge inspections and must be able to work well in a team environment on multi-disciplinary projects.
