APAC Commercial Legal Intern (Information Technology)
Job Description
1. Provide comprehensive legal support to APAC commercial legal team;
2. Draft and review contracts and various legal documents under attorney's supervision;
3. Assist attorneys with litigation/arbitration preparation;
4. Assist attorneys with corporate governance and entity management matters;
5. Assist attorneys in conducting research and generating charts and diagrams to display information;
6. Support attorneys on administrative tasks and other work assigned by attorneys.
Qualifications
1. Major(s): Law, Business, Business Administration; Class Year(s):
2. Undergraduate or Graduate Student, who is studying at the universities in the United States or Europe (the universities in the United States preferred);
3. GPA: Min 3.0;
4.familiar with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and etc.) and database software;
5. fluent in written and spoken and English;
6. detail-oriented with multi-task management and excellent communication skills;
7. strong sense of accountability and good team player;
8. Must be available to work in Shanghai from early June, 2025 to late August, 2025.
