Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Talent Enablement and Learning Technology, you will develop and implement a global onboarding playbook to standardize business and role-specific onboarding journeys and training materials, oversee the delivery of engaging onboarding programs, and collaborate with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify needs and enhance the onboarding experience. You will centralize and design high-quality training materials, regularly update programs based on feedback, and lead global project teams to effectively promote and engage new hires. This role will also develop and execute strategies to scale our global training centers and learning technologies, ensuring high-quality on-site training experiences and integrating advanced learning tools across various business units. Additionally, you will also lead the yearly strategic training plans for Beer Commercial, Strategic Enterprise Functions, and Growth, aligning initiatives with business needs, defining training roadmaps, and supervising the execution of training plans and specialized sessions.

Human ResourcesThe salary range for this role is:
$95,500.00 - $201,300.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
