Recruiting Coordinator - Service (Finance)

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate s recruiting requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners, and other relevant stakeholders
- Updat es candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
- Maintains data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
- Tracks candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensure the completion of all pre-hire due diligence
- Plans and independently executes special projects as assigned by management
- Schedules a high volume of interviews to support the recruiting team and the business
- Responds promptly to candidates' emails and internal stakeholders regarding any inquiries during the recruiting process
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with methods of sourcing of qualified candidates as assigned by management
- Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others
- Assists in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of two years of applicable HR experience
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi task.
- Strong MS Office experience especially in Excel
- Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing and changing priorities.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers.
- Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
