Program Administrator (Project Management)
JOB SUMMARY
Provides program management support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The administrator will support the PMO ensuring accurate, timely and smooth flow of project information throughout the project management process. The administrator may also support releasing documents, compiling reports, gathering data as well as additional clerical duties.

Ensuring development programs updates are made in a timely manner
Following up with internal disciplines to ensure accurate information is being updated within relevant tracking systems
Support Program/Project management during design reviews
Develop, edit and update technical documentation
Collaborate with engineering department to gather relevant information.
Assist in preparing presentations, KPI reports and other relevant documentations.
Assist with other related clerical duties such as printing/publishing reports and supporting customer meetings
Maintains a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains and protects the assets and confidentiality of the Company's information and products.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
A high school diploma is desired; a two- or four-year college (Bachelor's/Associates degree) is desired.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years or more of direct experience
Skills:
Flexibility, communication proficiency, collaboration skills, customer/client focus, technical capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Project Online and Microsoft project
Financial management, technical capacity, performance management, ethical conduct, communication proficiency, personal effectiveness/credibility.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information concisely.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
Other:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Extended or irregular hours may be required.
